The CPH 30 extendable table by Hay, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, is a rectangular dining table of 160 x 80 cm with a black linoleum top and a base in black stained solid oak. It suits canteens, meeting rooms and dining rooms where a small team sits down together every day.
Using the sliding mechanism in the middle, you add up to three extra leaves of 50 cm, so the table grows from 160 to 310 cm. That way you don't buy a big table for the one lunch or meeting with lots of people, but only slide the leaves in when needed. Please note: the extra leaves are sold separately and are not included in this version, and with three leaves an extra support leg is required.
