Employees choose their work device within pre-set categories, brands, and budget limits; can be used with or without a cafeteria plan (e.g., gross salary exchange); ideal for digitization, device standardization, and controlled autonomy. The Workspace Company handles delivery, support, and after-sales.

CYOD (Choose Your Own Device)
You assign a budget per employee (via your payroll provider); employees convert part of their salary into benefits such as laptops, tablets, or smartphones; tax-efficient; perfect if you want to offer fixed budgets without increasing your gross cost. The Workspace Company manages the entire process.

Hybrid model
Combines budget + personal contribution: the employee uses the allocated benefit amount and can add extra for a more expensive device; practical when you have diverse profiles (starter vs. executive) or when standard budgets are insufficient; one seamless flow, no extra HR administration.

1. Introduction meeting & demo
We start with a personal meeting to get to know your organization. You receive a demo of our webshop environment, and we take the time to discuss your objectives, target groups, and expectations. Do you want to offer only laptops? Or also smartphones, tablets, and accessories? Should employees be able to pay extra if they choose a more expensive option? Everything is tailored to your strategy and HR policy. Together, we build a solution that fits.

2. Setup of your personalized platform
We configure your webshop completely according to the agreements made: in your own branding, with the right products, rules, and payment options. Everything is aligned with your HR platform or payroll provider.

3. Testing phase & final go
Before the launch, we test the entire order process together: from login to delivery. Everything is checked for user-friendliness and technical accuracy. Only when everything is correct do we go live.

4. Support during launch
You are not alone at the start. We provide clear communication kits for your employees, including visuals and user guides. If desired, we can organize a webinar to guide your team through the process.

Use our quotations to run simulations in your payroll provider’s tool. The integration between our systems reduces manual work and ensures compliance with all tax regulations. We collaborate and integrate with providers such as SD Worx, Attentia, Acerta, KPMG, Partena, and Deloitte.

3. Home delivery
After the order is placed, the device is delivered directly to the employee’s home, at the address they select. Delivery communication is transparent, and lead times are short.

4. Invoicing & reporting
Behind the scenes, The Workspace Company ensures correct processing of all orders. Invoicing is automated and can be split per entity, department, or project. Through reporting, HR or project managers get full transparency on orders, budgets, and deliveries.
