CTRL-F Melle

CTRL-F is a specialist in matching applicants and companies in the IT, engineering and finance sectors. They take a personal approach to make the recruitment phase as smooth and efficient as possible. The interior design was created by our in-house designers.

The focus is mainly on the higher technical profiles that have been in great demand lately, which makes it harder to find suitable candidates. CTRL-F is a subsidiary of the umbrella group House of HR, which grew out of Accent.

For its head office in Melle, CTRL-F came to us for all-round advice. For the fit-out, inspiration was drawn on the one hand from the fit-out of Accent Group, already a client of ours. Their offices feature, for example, the Bivo Active, the Bivo electric bench and partition walls by ABV. On the other hand, there was also a completely new approach for CTRL-F. In particular, longer meeting tables, which make personal interaction easier, were an important focus for their office fit-out. Mainly neutral colours such as white, black and shades of grey were used. In this way Buro International transformed the head office in Melle into a modern and calming environment.
